Position Purpose
The primary role of this position is to ensure safety of aquatic operations. The role entail scuba diving, lifesaving, and recovery operations. It also entails training of staff exposed to risk of drowning on swimming and lifesaving skills. This role also helps in the safe transportation of crew within dams and rivers to carry water quality sampling as well as other aquatic activities such as deweeding

Qualifications and Experience
- BGCSE with Certificate in Scuba Diving, Boat Operator’s License (Certificate in Speed Boat/Airboat Operator), Basic Swimming Certificate, Light duty driver’s License and/or ability to drive a Tractor, Certificate in First aid, Lifeguarding Certificate

Three (3) years’ experience as a Scuba Diver, Some experience in dam safety and maintenance environment will be an added advantage

Salary: An attractive Salary Package commensurate to the market
Leave: 25 working days per annum
Pension: A Contributory Pension Scheme (16.5% WUC and 4% Employee)
