This role is accountable for the development and effectiveness of the HR Centres of Expertise for the Organisation Design, Learning & Development, Change Management, Performance Management, Talent Management as well as Knowledge management disciplines.
The role develops and ensures the effective operation and relevance of a WUC Operating Model and enabling organisational structures.
It ensures that the workforce is developed as needed, through a balanced L&D approach that promotes on the job Return on Investment for the business. The role is also responsible for accreditation of WUC Training Centre in conformance with Botswana Qualification Authority/Human Resources Development Council Requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration (Management), Industrial Psychology or related field
- A post-graduate qualification or Professional Human Resources Certification is an added advantage
- 7 years professional level human resource experience, including 5 years at management level

Salary: An attractive Salary Package commensurate to the market
Leave: 30 working days per annum
5 years Fixed Term Contract
