Position Purpose

The role ensures the design, configuration, and support of customer-related processes within the SAP IS-U environment. It supports the full meter-to-cash cycle, including customer data, billing, FI-CA, and service modules. The Analyst maintains data integrity, resolves system issues, and drives process improvements to align with business needs and regulatory requirements. This position plays a key role in enhancing service delivery and supporting digital transformation across utility customer systems

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, AAT, or a related field. SAP IS-U certification or equivalent training are advantageous

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a utility environment (water, electricity, gas) with SAP IS-U. Hands-on experience in Device management, Billing and Invoice, Contracts Accounts receivable and payables (FICA) and customer care, and master data within SAP IS. 

• Proficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members and stakeholders at all levels
